You can make reservations for any hotel through www.KoreaHotels.net, by clicking on the "Reserve" button on the each hotel page.
When making reservations online, we require your payment information at the time of reservation request for the reservation process.
You can request by Online Process, Fax Request and Email Request

Your reservation will be confirmed according to the room availability and You will receive the Confirmation Voucher within 1 business day.
If the room is not available on your requested date, no fee will be charged unless you requested your alternative and we will send you the status via email.

1. Pay with Credit Card on-line : Our reservation system is secured on our SSL Server by 128bit encryption and the total room rates will be charged under your presented payment information upon Confirmation.
2. Send your Credit card information by Fax : If you like to send the information by fax, Please include your Card number, expiration date, and the card holder name to Fax. (Outside Korea : 82-2-720-2188 / Inside Korea : 02-720-2188)
3. Through Bank Transfer : If you like to pay your room rates through bank transfer, we require to receive the remittance 7 days before your check-in date.

   You can present the Confirmation Voucher or passport to check-in the hotel.

   We will apply to only your room rates, so you are responsible for the incidental charge, such as room service, telephone, laundry, etc. You may need to guarantee your credit card when you check-in, but this is only for the incidental charges during your stay.

1. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, You need to notice us by email, phone or fax more than 72 hours prior to your check-in date and We will refund you the room rates, but the card transaction fee(20,000 korean won) will be charged.
2. If you notice us the Last-minute cancellation, we will refund you the room rates, but Penalty fee will be charged. (Penalty : 1 night's room rate plus tax and card processing fee of 20,000 korean won )
3. If you don't show up at the hotel without any notice, the hotels don'tt refund the total room rates.
4. If you need to make any change during your stay, You have to contact us for the process.
5. Please make sure to notice us promptly if your travel plan changes in order to avoid unnecessary charges.
