- Reservation must be made at least "72 hours" before your "arrival time (korean time)". - Since Our office close on Sundays, Saturday request can be completed on next Monday. (Office: 9am - 6pm on Mon-Fri. / 9am - 2pm on Sat.)
- We will only apply to your room rates, so you are responsible for the incidental charge, such as room service, telephone, laundry, etc. You may need to guarantee your credit card when you check-in, but this is for the incidental charges during your stay.
- Confirmation Voucher will be sent to you by email or fax within 1 business day according to the room availability and You can present the confirmation voucher to the hotel front desk when you check-in.
- Payment will be made upon confirmation under the presented payment information.
- Cancellation or Changement must be noticed more than 3 business days prior to your check-in date to our company by email, phone or fax. For the cancellation (or change) more than 3 days prior to check-in, we will refund you the total room rates, but card-processing fee (20,000 Korean won) will be charged to you.
- Last-minute Cancellation within 2 days of your check-in, We may refund you the room rates, but the Penalty (1 night's room fee plus Tax and card processing fee of 20,000 korean won) will be charged to you.
( * check-in date is considered to be local 12:00 AM of the day on which you are scheduled to check into your hotel.)
- NO Show Policy : No Refunds from the hotels for No-Show on check-in day without any notice.
- For Special Period or At Certain Hotels, Cancellation & No-Show Policy can be changed and you will be advised in advance. Certain hotels doesn't accept refunds although you check-out earlier, so you will be advised in advance when the reservation is made.
- After Confirmation & Payment is made through us, Cancellation or changement must be directed to KoreaHotels.net first, so direct cancellation notice to hotel is not acceptable.
