  1. How do I find and reserve a hotel with your service?

    KHN lists many hotels in Korea not only in Seoul, but also in Incheon, Pusan, Cheju, Kyongju, Mt.Sorak, Taegu, Taejon and other cities. After you choose one of the hotels from the lists, you will see all the information about the chosen hotel and then you can just click ¡°Reserve¡± Button to complete the reservation process..

    Each hotel's information page lists the our discounted rates. As most of our rates are still listed in Korean currency so you can realize the full benefit of the currency devaluations, please check the exchange rate to see the equivalent value in your home currency. Also, be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you need to extend your stay after arrival, please contact us, so we will be able to help you to secure the room right way and not be charged the hotel's full rate if the rooms is available.

  2. Why My Credit Card receive the "Error Message", although it works here ?

    Many Credit Card companies block to give the "Authorization through online system" for the Security Reason. In this case, only Card Owner need to contact Card-Issuing company and inform to solve this.

  3. Once I place the reservation through your service¡¦ ?

    1) We will contact the hotel with your request. Assuming availability, a reservation is then made with the hotel with your information confirming your booking.
    2) Upon confirmation (normally within 1 business day), we will send you the Confirmation Voucher detailing the hotel and transportation information.
    3) You can present our Voucher to the front desk at the hotel upon check-in.

  4. What if I don¡¯t present any payment information when I request ?

    We will send you only availability message without Confirmation via email and then, you can present us the payment information. However, we cannot confirm your reservation right away if you don't present the payment information and we have don't take the responsibility although the room has gone between the time we receive your payment information.

  5. How can I pay my room rates?

    You can pay the room rates only through our company to be offered our discounted room rates on our website.
    Our company receives the room rates by credit card or bank transfer.
    We normally require the valid credit card number to proceed with your booking, but we can hold the reservation 7 days before your check-in if you like to pay the rates through bank transfer.

  6. Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?

    The rates listed on our website are only available through our company. If you like to make a reservation directly with the hotel you will need to contact them directly.

  7. How can I receive my confirmation?

    If you request successfully with relevant payment information, you will receive the confirmation by e-mail or fax within 1 business day. You may print out our letter and present at your check-in. Our office hour is 09:00~18:00(Mon.~Fri.) and 09:00 ~ 14:00(Sat.)

  8. What is your cancellation (or changement) policy?

    If you need to cancel the reservation, you have to notice us at least 72 hours (Korean local time) before your check-in date via email, fax or telephone.
    If you notice the cancellation more than 72 hours prior to the check-in, we will refund the full payment, but Card cancellation fee of 20,000 korean won fee will be charged.
    For any cancel or change request, card transaction fee of 20,000 korean will be charged.

    Also, for your last-minute cancellation notice, 1 night's room rates plus the card cancellation fee of 20,000 korean will be charged as a penalty.

    Please make sure to inform us right away if you have any changement to avoid any unnessary charge.

  9. What is your No-Show Policy?

    If you do not show up at the hotel without prior notice, we cannot refund you any fees since this is all the hotel's "No Refund for No-Show" policy.

    Please make sure to inform us right away to avoid any unpleasant situation(No-Show).

  10. How do I extend or shorten my stay at the hotel?

    If you need to extend or shorten your stay, You have to contact our company to change it and the difference rate will be charged to you.
    We will proceed your request with the hotel ASAP, applying the same room rates even an emergency.

  11. What is Hotel¡¯s Policy for Extra beds or children?

    Most hotels adopt the policy of allowing children to stay in the room with parents. Normally, hotel¡¯s policy is not to charge for children if they are under twelve years of age, but it could be different subject to the each hotel's policy. 30,000 KRW ~ 40,000 KRW will be charged for the extra beds subject to each hotel's policy.
